Our wonderful Chaplaincy team led us in a liturgy this morning in remembrance of those who have given their lives in war.
They reminded us that God wants us to be at peace. They gave a paper dove to everybody in the school with the mission of giving it to someone to show they wanted to live in unity and friendship with them.
We listened to poignant songs based on the famous Flanders Field poem and also the Last Post.
They led us in a two minute silence at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
Who did you give your dove to? How did the liturgy make you feel? The chaplains would love to read your comments.
