Month of the Holy Souls

November is the month of the holy souls. This month, the Chaplaincy team have been leading the school in praying for our beloved dead and asking God to look after them. They have decorated the prayer focus in the main entrance with a tree of remembrance and have given hearts to all the children and staff to write the names of people they want to pray for. We also made sure to pray for all those people who have no one to pray for and remember them.

The chaplains taught all of the classes how to pray the Eternal Rest prayer and, as a school, every day in November, we pray for those who have died. We especially remember the people on our tree of remembrance and all those in our school family who have died.

This is our remembrance tree and some of the messages written by children.
