This week, the Chaplaincy Team began a Lectio Divina Club at the Junior Site to learn more about God. We thought it was a good idea because we can learn how to be good disciples through the scriptures. As well as this, we have been focusing on the God who speaks during the Year of the Word.
Our Lectio Divina Clubs are running every Wednesday lunchtime and the children that came from year 3 and 4 this week said they found it very calming and helped them to understand the scripture more.
We’re also very busy doing Lectio Divina in our classes too. We loved the Lectio Divina that helped us to prepare for Christmas!
