Rosary Leaders: Nyle and Rudra.
During the month of October, the children from Rowan Class along with Mrs. Dushan came together and created a ‘Rosary Club’ on Mondays at 12.45, to not only pray to Mary but also make rosary so that children could pray together.
A quiet, reflective atmosphere is created in the classroom through the use of a focus table, which changes according to the church’s seasons and candles.
The children have beautiful rosary beads to hold. As well as praying for the people and animals on the school’s prayer request cards, the children learn about different Saints; how to say the Rosary and the Stations of the Cross; traditional prayers and write their own prayers.
