On Tuesday 28th January 2020, we were invited to our annual Catholic Multi Academy Trust event to celebrate our Feast Day. The event took place at the Ramgarhia Community Centre in Leicester. The Key note speaker on the day was Christine Allen from CAFOD. She shared with us CAFOD’S latest focus on the Amazon rainforest and what we can do to combat the huge amounts of deforestation. Each school was presented with a small tree at the end of Mass, which was blessed by Bishop Patrick. We will plant this in our school grounds and share the message of the Feast Day with our whole community. It was a great celebration and we all had a lovely day. Joe (Year 10)
