For our first liturgy, both chaplaincy teams lead beautiful liturgies all about belonging. We thought lots about the different communities that we belong to. One of the favourite places that we belong is our multi-academy trust. We even got to watch the video that Tom Shannon created for the Feast of St Thomas Aquinas last year and all of the children watched it – Miss Bolam’s class even wanted to watch it again!
Our favourite part of the liturgy was when we celebrated all of the communities that we belonged to but all of the children in the school really liked our reading.
Mrs Carter said that she loved the liturgy and couldn’t wait to see the next one! Our teachers felt so proud of us too, especially Mrs Glassford who came to see us.
