Today we had a Christmas liturgy which was led by the Chaplaincy Team. The liturgy was based around the travelling crib. The team introduced the school to the main characters within the crib (Mary, Joseph, the Shepherds, the Three Wise Man and baby Jesus). During the liturgy, the school had the opportunity to reflect upon the different characters and the importance of each role. The choir also sung “Thorns in the Straw”. Whilst the choir were singing, pupils were invited to place their prayer intentions underneath the crib.
