Our Year 3 Chaplaincy Team led our Liturgy this week. They talked about how you could be a missionary disciple and how we need to share faith and love this week with others. Our mission this week is to share our faith and love with others, let me know how you get on with this.

This week we have spoken about ways we can share our faith and love in different ways during our child led liturgy.

Ire – “I have shared love at my church on Sunday when I went with my family”
Sia – “I helped my mummy at home to do the housework like cleaning the kitchen”
Lulu – “I have looked after my sisters when they are upset”

Year 2 had a long discussion on how they shared their faith and love with others. It’s not always easy to share our faith but when we do as Jesus asked us and ‘Love one another’ then we are sharing our faith in a practical way.

Cody and Ayaan shared love took their friend over to a teacher when it was raining and they couldn’t get their coat wet.
Ronnie put his arm around one of his class mates when he was injured.
Sofia said she would help someone who is struggling. Molly helped someone in Reception. A few of the class said they share love by helping with chores at home.

We share our faith when we lead our class liturgy each week or lead our class prayers each day.
