This week, as part of the theme of ‘scripture’ we have been thinking about the importance of scripture and how to helps to guide us and give us comfort when things are tricky. We shared our favourite bible stories and why they speak to us individually.
Eloise – Creation story because it says that God made our world especially for us and how we should look after it.
Daniel – today when I was in the Chapel, I read Psalms 23 because Shai had told me about it, and I wanted to find out what it was about.
Seth – Noah’s Ark because it tells me that Noah was taking care of everyone and how everyone is equal that God created.
Alex – The Feeding of the 5000, because it shows that all life is equal.
Quinn – I went to the chapel and read about Saint John Fisher.
Sofia – at home, I read a Children’s Bible and I read about Jesus’ life.
Megan – I went to church on Sunday and read the Children’s Bible in Children’s Liturgy.
Cody – I read a bible story at home.
