This afternoon, Mrs Darby and the Infant Chaplaincy team led a beautiful liturgy to teach us all about Jesus’ Ascension to heaven. We loved the reflective songs that helped us to think about how we can continue Jesus’ mission.
Each class received a week-long mission that they set themselves. They will show that they are a follower of Jesus.

I have just moved house and I will try to make friends with my new neighbours- Lorelei
Leo: It made me think about how Jesus came down from heaven to tell the disciples how to spread the good news. Now, he comes in the form of modern day witnesses to guide us in spreading the good news.
Josh: I am going to be a witness to the word of God like the disciples by living out what it says in the bible. Just like the word became flesh through Jesus it will through me. I don’t need to be scared because Jesus will be with me to the end of the age.
