The Sacred Heart Parents’ Association (FOSHA) very kindly donated a candle to every child so that they could mark the Feast of Candlemas. They each collected a candle at the entrance gate, lit it and placed it on their class prayer table. The pupils then reflected on how they bring light to those around them. At the end of the day the children take their candles home to decorate and light.
