Mark 4: 26 – 34 “The Kingdom of God is like a seed sown in the ground.”
This week, Gospel writer Mark explains some of Jesus’ descriptions of the Kingdom of God. Also, this week is Refugee Week 2021, the theme of which is ‘We Cannot Walk Alone’. We are going to be encouraged to work towards God’s Kingdom on earth through walking alongside those who most need welcome, love and compassion.

Our mission this week:
We may or may not meet someone in particular need this week, but we can practice being especially loving and accepting of others whenever and wherever we meet them. Our mission this week is to think about others before ourselves!

Year 2 suggested that we could try and see another person’s point of view even if we don’t think the same way, forgive others, let our sibling pick a toy to play with before we choose one and hold the door for others (so thinking of others using kind actions).
