    Year1 have sacrificed their time for others by trying to help them in their work, if they are hurt or at home by being helpful

    I sacrificed some of my money to buy Temwani and his family some drinks – Brooke
    I sacrificed some of my pocket money to donate it to WWF – Kaley
    I sacrificed my time to help my sister get ready for school – Helen-Jane
    I sacrificed my time to play with my sister even though I didn’t want to – Anais
    My football coach sacrifices his time to help us to train – Joel
    I sacrificed my money to buy my brother a present for his birthday – George
    My mum sacrificed her time and money to take us out to a restaurant – Helen-Jane
    My mum and dad sacrifice their time to take me and my sister to our activities – Ioan
    Because my dad has been busy with work this week, my nanny has come to pick me up from school so she has sacrificed her time – Molly

    In Year 4, we have continued to make sacrifices this week by continuing our Lenten promises. We have been striving to help each other more in the classroom and on the playground.
