The children had time to think about what made them special. We asked what makes you you. We stuck some of the examples on the person on the white board. This showed different parts of our identity. Our mission this week is to tell someone else one good thing about them. Let me know how you get on with our mission.

This week our mission was to tell people what we like about them during our breaks and lunches, to show all the different identities that people have had.
Clara said “I have told Evelyn that I hair especially when it is in a plait”
Ayomi said “I love to see Abigail’s smile because it makes me happy”
Emilio said “I like seeing Theo showing off his football skills because he is very good at football”
Year 2 had a discussion about their mission for the week. We talked about how it would make someone feel to hear something nice said about them. Everyone said it made them feel happy and Ivy said it would make her feel confident. We also talked about how it would make God pleased to see us saying nice things about other people.

Lula was told her hair looked nice by Ariya. This made Lulu smile!
Ifenna told Darice that he likes her ‘look’! Darcie was very pleased to hear this.
Sia liked what Arlo was wearing. It was his cool school tie!
Arlo said that Sia wore cool glasses. Sia was beaming!
