There was great answers in ‘Respond’ part of this liturgy.
Children identifying challenges in their lives, and also recognising how we can see and understand challenges that others face.
I liked how Mrs Johnson interjected when required with clarity and context to the assembly for the children.
Even better if: How challenges are part of life, and can assist us grow as a human being. Comparing with Christ and the challenges he faced in His life ( Pharisees, betrayal, scorn, mocking etc.) and how in challenges, He turned to prayer, to God for guidance.
We have helped our siblings with their challenges in reading, writing and PE
