During this week’s assembly we celebrated that we’re half-way through Lent at a special, celebration point called Laetare Sunday. We looked forward to Easter and discussed why even the priest’s dark violet clothes become bright rose pink for this day!
Our Mission
The reason we give something up (Pray, Stop, Go) in our Lent adventure is so that we can be more freely available to others. This very often makes us happy too! The more we care about the person we are helping, the more joyful we’ll feel about doing things for them – just like how we felt when we celebrated our mums on Mothers’ Day!
This week how can we support our friends, how can we show that we care? How does this make us feel?
