Well done to the leadership today. They were very courageous and led a lesson on global poverty to a year 5 class. The lesson was based on an activity from Christian Aid. The activity enabled the children to envisage the realities of some people’s lives in other places in the world. After the activity, lots of children in the class felt the need to do more to support others who suffer from poverty in other places in the world. It also made them appreciate how lucky they were.
