“I say to you, whatever you did for one of the least brothers of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25: 31-46
Through this week’s gospel we learnt that God’s guiding hand is always present in our lives – even when we choose to turn away from Him. We also learnt that we can see God’s guidance through other people, the Church, scripture and the voice in our hearts.
Our mission this week:
We know that God guides us towards what is best for us, but how does He guide us? One way is through people. We have been asked to think about anyone who guides and supports us now, perhaps parents, teachers, friends, brothers or sisters. This week we were asked to listen out for some guidance that we have been given, who gave it to us and why?

Year 3 have been guided in many different ways. Here are some examples.
– My dad guided me with my work when we were learning at home.
– My teacher guides me by helping me with my learning
– My friends guide me everyday
– My mum guided me when I was cooking dinner
– When we were playing outside, my friend forgot the rules so I guided her
– I guide my mum when she needs some help at home.
We talked about how we can guide other people and how we can support them. This is something we are going to continue to do to help others.
