This week Year1 have thought about what it means to be a witness. We have tried to behave as God would want us to e.g. being kind to our friends, helping each other, being helpful at home. We have also tried to see the good in others and tell them we have seen God in them 🙂

I witness my teacher always smiling, being friendly and kind – It makes my day brighter. Because of this, I make sure I smile at everyone, and I hope their day become brighter too. (Jack Yr. 5)
Kiedis always complements others when we are playing football, which makes people feel good, even though they may be losing. Witnessing this has inspired me to do the same. (Josh Year 5)

Lola was spotted picking up Lorenzo’s water bottle from the cloakroom floor and returning it to him when the rest of the class had walked by it. That was really helpful and kind.
Ryan looked after Ariya after she’d fallen and hurt herself. He stayed with her while she had some first-aid. He was very kind and compassionate.
