At our Pentecost Liturgy, each class presented one of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to help us to think about them.
Year 6 did a liturgical dance to help us to think about the gift of Fear of the Lord (Wonder and Awe), Year 5 did an acrostic poem for the gift of Courage and Year 4 did a poem about decisions to help us to think about the gift of Counsel (Right Judgment). Y3 had ‘God glasses’ to help us to look at the world through God’s eyes, which is the gift of Wisdom. EYFS and KS1 dressed in red, white and yellow and led us in actions to the hymn ‘Walk in the Light’ to help us to think about Knowledge, Understanding Piety (Reverence)
Year 4 and 5 played their brass and string instruments so that we could listen to some beautiful music and reflect on the gifts that God has given us.
