All of the children have been learning more about St Joseph.
In EYFS, the children learnt about the Holy family and created colourful pictures of them.
Our wonderful Year 1 children wrote prayers for fathers, inspired by St Joseph.
In Year 2, the children looked at lilies as a symbol for St Joseph and created some related artwork.
St Joseph is the Patron Saint of Work, so our Year 3 children produced a list of how to work smarter not harder and designed stained glass windows to honour him.
In Year 4, the children each produced a painting of St Joseph.
Our Year 5 children made cards for someone who reminds them of St Joseph, who displays the same qualities.
Finally, in Year 6, the children created saintly symbols for St Joseph and had a discussion about the meaning of Joseph’s dreams.
