On Ash Wednesday every student and member of staff at De Lisle had the opportunity to receive ashes to mark the start of lent.
We were led in a liturgy by Dr Pye with bidding prayers read by students. It gave us all the opportunity to reflect on how we intend to spend lent preparing for Easter.
