During Advent, St Clare’s have been supporting the Send a Smile initiative. This is a local venture which collects items which are then gifted to local elderly people and veterans – people who may not otherwise get a gift this Christmas.
As ever, the school community was extremely generous and our boot-full of donations were collected by Jade. She was so pleased with the number of items and explained just how much it would mean to the recipients.
