Today Year 6 led a beautiful liturgy for the feast day of Candlemas. We reflected upon how we are called as Catholics to live like stained glass windows; allowing the light of Christ to radiate from us. That our friends, teachers, families and everyone we meet encounter Jesus’ light through us.

The mission we asked our school to live out:

    Today’s Candlemas liturgy really made me think again about the birth of Jesus 40 days ago.
    A beautiful follow up mission to “Be a stained glass window” and think about how we can all let Jesus’s light shine in us all.
    Thank you Father David for blessing our class candles.
